Derek, hinulaang magiging athlete si Lili
Kahit nagkahiwalay ay maayos naman umano ang komunikasyon sa pagitan nina Ellen Adarna at Derek Ramsay para sa kanilang anak na si Lili. Kapag mayroong pagkakataon ay hinihiram ni Derek ang bata upang makapag-bonding.
“It’s difficult but we find ways. I asked permission from Ellen if I can see my daughter. She’s very generous naman with the time she gives me or the opportunities she gives me to see my daughter. So, I was with her yesterday. I was with her this morning. She was with me all morning. Even if it’s just few hours, two, three hours. It’s hard for me to not see my daughter,” nakangiting pahayag ni Derek.
Nakikitaan na umano ng aktor ang pagkahilig ng anak sa sports. Posibleng mamana ni Lili ang pagkahilig si Derek sa golf.
“Her coordination is amazing. She’s definitely gonna be an athlete. She runs around like, oh my gosh. I can feel she can really excel in that sport. I bring her to the driving range. She comes around with me for nine holes already. She did not cry, so that’s a good sign. We played at around 4:30 in the afternoon. It was quick round nine holes. She enjoyed it. But it all depends on if she wants to do it, right? If she wants to, she has my full 100%, 200% support. I’ll do everything and anything if she loves what she’s doing,” pagdedetalye niya.
Mahigit isang taong gulang pa lamang ang anak nina Derek at Ellen. Sa murang edad ay nakapagsasalita na si Lili ng iba’t ibang lenggwahe ngayon.
“Bisaya na Bisaya. My favorite word that she says now is turtle, but she says it ‘turtol.’ It’s just those little things. It’s really amazing to see the progress. She’s growing up so fast. Her favorite is mole, mol. She keeps trying to pull it off (‘yung nunal ko). Mole, mol, mol, Bisaya. Lili will be speaking Bisaya, Tagalog, English and hopefully another language. She is the smartest kid. Every word I throw at her she can learn and repeat,” paglalahad ng aktor.
