Derek, nag-reset!

Nag-reset ng soul, body, and mind si Derek Ramsay.

Ito ay kahit hindi na siya kumbaga, nai-stress ng grabe sa showbiz life dahil tinututukan na lang niya ang mga negosyo nila ng misis niyang si Ellen Adarna at ang unti-unting paglaki ng baby nilang si Lily.

Pumunta pa siya sa Bali, Indonesia para sa ‘healing’ na ginagawa rin ng misis niya.

Aniya sa post habang pinapakita kung paano niya tinalikuran ang ingay upang mag-reconnect sa sarili: Stripping away the noise, reconnecting with myself. This experience is a reset for the soul, body, and mind. I was tested beyond comfort and pushed past my limits. At Kaminoken Bali, the body endures, the mind sharpens, and the spirit hardens. Thank you to everyone at @kaminokentrainingbali, especially my brother @nasser_qazi. Im ready to take on this last exercise today. I know it will be a long grueling experience, but im definitely looking forward to it. This training has truly built me for the road ahead!”
