P30M ang nadagdag: Revillame P90M ang kita sa bagong kontrata sa TV5!

Willie Revillame sounded determined as well when he announced that he will turn movie producer next year. And his plan for his production will co-star him with Joey de Leon.

Joey, Willie revealed, has accepted the offer.

Meanwhile, sinabi rin ni Willie to columist Shirley Pizarro, who also wrote in her column for a broadsheet, that when his show hit noontime starting January 26 still on TV5, it will assume a new title, WoweWillie. It will be aired, likewise, in its new venue, the former Delta Theater in Quezon City.

Sinabi rin nito for the nabagong timeslot ng shows, kasabay na nakansela ang kanyang dating contract with TV5, which would have ended in October next year. May bago daw siyang pinirmahang contract with the network, where in ang dating take home pay niya na P60M yes, P60M, has been increased to P90M. yes, P90M.

Marami rin daw kasing mababagong mga pangyayari sa TV5, kasama na ang balak nilang mag-produce ng malalaking teleserye, tulad nitong sisimulang Never Say Goodbye, na pangungunahan nina Nora Aunor, Gardo Versoza, Cesar Montano at Alice Dixon.

Herbert gagastos na sa pagpu-produce

Inspired with the boxoffice success of his comeback movie, Shake Rattle and Roll, The Invasion, which ranked 4th among the five top grosser in the ongoing Metro Manila Filmfest (MMFF), Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista said he might produce a movie early next year.

Guess who he has in mind to direct the movie?

Randy Santiago, he said, as he (Mayor Herbert) thinks he is a very good director, based on some films Randy directed at kanyang napanood.

 SSR 14 is a three episode movie and Mayor Herbert is in Pamana, which co-stars him with Janice de Belen, Arlene Mulach, Empress Schuck, Dimples Romana, at Dennis Padilla.

While it was Mother Lily, producer of SSR 14, who convinced him to stage a comeback in SSR 14, si Boss Vic del Rosario, ayon kay Mayor Herbert, who advised him to, at least, produce a movie kahit once a year.

Nora Aunor announced, no less, her intention na mag-produce muli ng pelikula mismong sa stage ng Meralco Theater, as she clutched her trophy for best actress (for her performance in Thy Womb) sa katatapos na Metro Manila Filmfest (MMFF) Awards ceremony.

Guy (Nora’s pet name) vowed to resort to producing her own films, kung wala nang producer na interesadong gawan siya ng pelikula.

Dalawa ang pelikulang nilabasan ni Guy sa ongoing MMFF. Thy Womb nga at El Presidente, The President Emilio Aguinaldo Story, co-starring her for the first time with Laguna Governor E.R. Ejercito.

For her first comeback production (since Guy has been producing films in the past) nga pala, Guy wants top scriptwriter Ricky Lee to direct it.

It will be Ricky Lee’s first attempt sa pagdidirek ng pelikula kung saka-sakali.
