Valerie naghahanda Sakaling maging jobless

Valerie Concepcion is obviously preparing herself, wika nga, sakaling mabawasan na ang trabaho niya.

Alam naman nating lahat that she is a single mom to her daughter Fiona, now of school age. Since she wants the best for her, Valerie is quite choosy sa eskuwelahang papasukan ng anak.

Gaano man daw ka-expensive ang tuition fee ng school, basta para sa edukasyon ng bata, gagawan niya ng paraan para ma-afford niya.

Right now, Valerie attends classes at the AMA University, where she is reportedly taking up a course in Marketing. Alam niyang ang kursong ito ay makatutulong in her current business ventures.

Valerie now owns a Nail and Foot Spa Salon and a Water Refilling Station.

Anak nina Lotlot at Ramon unti-unti nang nagkaka-career

Proud at masaya sa kanyang first ever series si Janine Gutierrez, eldest daughter of estranged couple, Lotlot de Leon and Ramon Christopher. Siya ang lead role ng Villa Quintana, and is doing the ratings.

To think, aniya, that her leading man, Elmo Magalona ay tulad niyang baguhan sa eksena. Elmo, like Janine, also is of showbiz royalty, kumbaga. Ang kanyang father ay ang late rapper Francis Magalona. Her mom, the former Pia Magalona, is also his talent manager and his fellow GMA 7 talent at ate na si Maxene Magalona.

Both their grandparents ay mga celebrities din. Elmo’s Lolo and Lola, the late Pancho Magalona and Tita Duran, were, in their time, ang kino-consider na pinaka-popular na love team of their generation.

Janine feels lucky that both her celebrity grandparents are still alive. Her dad, Ramon Christopher’s parents, Eddie Gutierrez and Pilita Corales, are both popular pa. Eddie bilang aktor at si Pilita naman ay sikat pang singer and actress.

On her mommy Lotlot’s side, lola niya si Nora Aunor at lolo niya naman si Christopher De Leon.

Auntie ni Janine sina Ruffa Gutierrez, Matet de Leon, at Jackie-Lou Blanco. Uncle naman niya sina Richard at Raymond Gutierrez.

“Kaya, I feel conscious not to, wika nga, deliver,” ang kiming saad ni Janine, Asked how Janine is as a performer, Gina Alajar, who directs Villa Quintana, said: “she is good.”

Host, too, of the Kapuso’s noontime musical variety show, Sunday All Stars. At naniniwala sila sa galing ni Janine. ‘Di lang daw articulate si Janine, may kakaiba rin daw itong dating sa stage.

Which is not suprising, as she stands five feet and seven inches tall and gifted with the best features ng kanyang ama at ina.

Malaki raw ang pasasalamat ni Janine sa kanyang mom and dad who refused to allow her to join showbiz, hangga’t ‘di siya nakatapos ng pag-aaral.

Janine is holder of a degree in AB European Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Now 24 years old, Janine reveals she is still loveless. Inamin naman niyang ardent admirer lang si Elmo.

Rocco natupad ang pangarap na makita si Pedro Calungsod sa Vatican

What excites Lovi Poe about her first trip to Europe is not only because she has her mom and only sister, plus rumored boyfriend, Rocco Nacino, with her, but because, aniya, nataon sa Holy Week ang pagbisita nila sa Vatican.

Natupad naman ang wish ni Rocco na makita ang statue ni San Pedro Calungsod, sa loob ng Saint Peter Basilica.
