VIRAL: Taxi driver goes berserk over additional fare
MANILA, Philippines - A video exposing a taxi driver's rude behavior is currently making rounds online.
On Tuesday, Facebook user Joanna Garcia shared a short clip showing how the driver of the taxi she rode got mad with her over an additional fare.
According to her post, the driver initially asked her to pay P 250, but she insisted on paying based on the cab meter.
Expecting that the driver agreed that she pays based on meter, Garcia handed P200 when she reached her destination. The meter read P140, so she was expecting a change.
After receiving the money, the driver became aggressive, demanding that Garcia should pay her more. The driver immediately went berserk, shouting and cursing at the passenger, saying that he wouldn't give her the change.
At some point the driver also threatened to punch Garcia when he saw her taking a video of the incident.
