Tapus pirmahe ang implementing rules and regulations (IRR) sa RA 11966 kon ang Public – Private Partnership (PPP) Code, sugdan na sa dili madugay ang gi-estimate nga P9.14 trillion worth of 185 flagship infrastructure projects ubos sa ‘Build, Better More’ program sa Marcos Jr. administration.
