CHEWING GUM. A nursing student wants chewing gum banned in movie theaters. She told an Ear informer that not long ago she sat on a seat with a discarded chewing gum on the armrest. "Nipilit ang chewing gum sa akong watch strap," she said.

ANOTHER INCIDENT. The same student also said a classmate of hers, in another incident in another theater, stepped on a chewing gum thrown on the carpeted floor. The gum stuck to her shoes. "Singapore official were right when they banned chewing gum in their city," the student said.
