3 dead, 1 hurt in motorbike mishap

CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines – Three persons died and another was injured when two motorcycles collided along the national highway in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija on Wednesday night.

Alex de Leon, 35; Christian Gutay, 19, and John Billy Lubao were pronounced dead on arrival at the Gabaldon Medicare Community Hospital.

Ariston Santiago was brought to the Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center for treatment.

Initial investigation showed that De Leon and Santiago were on one of the motorcycles while Lubao was on another driven by Gutay. The accident occurred along Purok Magsaysay in  Barangay Ligaya.
