Surigao Norte school loses salaries to burglars

BUTUAN CITY – Burglars carted away unclaimed salaries of teachers at the Surigao del Norte National High School in Surigao City this week.

Sources said the unclaimed salaries amounted to about P1 million. 

Last Wednesday morning, an administrative aide of the school reported to the police that a drawer and safety vault of their finance department where the money was kept had been opened.
