Man, 67, found dead

CEBU, Philippines - A 67-year-old man who was last seen jogging along sitio Kimba, San Roque, Talisay City, was found dead yesterday dawn.

The police in Talisay City identified the dead man as Quirino Abasolo, a resident of San Roque.

The police said a certain Jiguer Gabiano, 30, also of the same place, reportedly saw Abasolo jogging and walking in the area when he suddenly collapsed.

Police said Gabiano sought help from neighbors who took Abasolo to the Talisay District Hospital. The man was declared dead upon arrival.

The police are investigating the case to find out whether there was foul play involved in the man’s death.  (FREEMAN)
