Walang Pasok: Class suspensions for August 27

MANILA, Philippines — Local governments called off classes on Tuesday in anticipation of bad weather brought by Tropical Depression Jenny, which has put Metro Manila and parts of Luzon under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1

In its early morning Severe Weather Bulletin, PAGASA said "Jenny" will bring moderate to heavy rains over the Bicol Region, the Samar provinces, Quezon, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Isabela and Cagayan.

"Light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains will affect over Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon and Visayas, and the regions of Zamboanga Peninsula, Northern Mindanao, and Bangsamoro," PAGASA also said.
