Duterte back in China for his 2nd Belt and Road Forum
China's Belt and Road projects need to be transparent and fiscally sustainable, Chinese President Xi Jinping says in apparent acknowledgment of growing concerns about debt linked to his global infrastructure initiative.
There will also be "zero tolerance" for corruption, Xi says at a Belt and Road summit, adding that the initiative "is not an exclusive club."

President Duterte arrived yesterday evening in China for his second Belt and Road Forum, which runs from April 25 to 27. Photos released by Malacañang showed that he was accompanied by his common-law wife Honeylet and daughter Kitty.
The president attended the first BRF held in 2017. This is his fourth China visit since assuming the presidency in 2016.
He is set to meet with China's President Xi Jinping amid tensions on the harvesting of giant clams by Chinese fishermen in Scarborough Shoal, a traditional fishing ground.
