It's confirmed: Justin Bieber to hold concert in Manila

MANILA, Philippines — Beliebers, brace yourselves!
Concert promoter MMI Live has announced this morning that Canadian singer and songwriter Justin Bieber's "Purpose Tour" will be coming to Manila.
