Pancho Magalona is Luis Latigo

Like Zorro (played by Richard Gutierrez in the adventure series on GMA 7), Pancho Magalona wore black mask and cape in the 1961 movie Luis Latigo. Set during the Spanish times, Luis Latigo used his whip to fight for oppressed people, so like Zorro.

Pancho’s ladylove in the LVN film was Charito Solis, with the young loveteam of Luz Valdez and Robert Campos sharing stellar billing, along with Jose Vergara.
