Itchyworms outs new album: “After all this time” via Talk ‘n Text

CEBU, Philippines - After a string of hit studio albums that produced memorable contemporary OPM tunes like Akin Ka Na Lang, Loveteam, Beer and many more, the guys of Itchyworms (Jugs Jugueta, Jazz Nicolas, Kelvin Yu and Chino Singson) are back with a new music breakthrough.

Itchyworms recently launched their latest studio album ‘After All This Time’, and announced that the advanced release will be available exclusively through mobile prepaid service provider Talk ‘N Text who recently signed the band to be one of its brand ambassadors.

Itchyworms’ ‘After All This Time’ will be initially available solely via Talk ‘N Text special events, bundled free with Talk ‘N Text subscriptions and/or prepaid top-ups.

“We want our music to be heard by more and more people,” said Jugueta, lead vocalist for Itchyworms. “We’re happy that we’re now part of the Talk ‘N Text family which is the biggest prepaid brand in the country with more than 30 million subscribers. Our Talk ‘N Text katropa will be the first to hear some songs from our latest album.”

‘After All This Time’ contains ten tracks, nine of which were written by the band’s members. The album is named after the lead single which the band has been performing in their recent gigs, including their shows at Talk ‘N Text’s annual roadshow – the Talk ‘N Text Anibersaya.

“The response of our subscribers to Itchyworms’ performances in our special events has been very positive and overwhelming,” said Jane Basas, group head of the prepaid marketing group of Smart Communications, Inc. Through this partnership, Itchyworms is hoping to reach out to more music fans through their brand of music.

Itchyworms will continue to tour with Talk ‘N Text in their ongoing Anibersaya celebrations in key areas nationwide. Songs from ‘After All This Time’ will also be made available via downloadable ringtones and caller ring back tunes.

The album will also be available in succeeding Talk ‘N Text Anibersaya legs - one of which is happening in Rizal on June 14 and 15 – and in select authorized Talk ‘N Text outlets.
