Quality seekers demand Asiatic

-
With housing demand currently on the rise, real estate companies vie for precious consumer attention by offering home at the lowest price possible. But buyers often realize that such homes may not necessarily offer quality as well.

One mass housing developer, however, strives to provide both. For more than 20 years now, Asiatic Group of Companies — which has economic housing projects primarily in Cavite — has been driven by its vision to be the country’s number one provider of high-quality homes at affordable prices.

"We are committed to satisfying our customers. We take pride in developing subdivisions and houses of excellent quality. We build vibrant communities to achieve a better quality of life," said Paul Tanchi, president of Asiatic.

Asiatic sells homes with sizes ranging from 50 sqm or less, with lots ranging from 40 to 100 sqm, with prices starting at P300,000 to P1 million — rates that are considered reasonable especially in the OFW market.

Tanchi’s company believes that buyers of low-priced houses also deserve to get comparable if not the same quality as those buying bigger and more expensive properties.

"Indeed, we have been successful in our commitment to the people. We exist primarily for the continuous satisfaction of our customers. Our efforts are geared towards the continuous development of exceptional subdivisions affordable to the Filipino," he stressed.

Bay Garden Homes in Bay Laguna, Summerfield Homes in Pampanga, Tierra Vista in Imus, Alta Tierra in GMA, Jordan Estates in Noveleta, and TownsVille in Batangas, are some of the subdivisions that are being developed by Asiatic.

One way the company is able to ensure product quality is by training their people to comply with stringent structural and architectural benchmarks. This is the reason why their homes have excellent designs and are smoothly finished.

Another way the company ensures quality is by utilizing trusted and durable products such as HardiFlex cement boards. Asiatic uses HardiFlex cement boards for ceilings, eaves and partitions. This is primarily because HardiFlex cement boards are resistant to damage from moisture, termites and fire, and do not contain cancer-causing asbestos.

Widely considered the developers’ choice, HardiFlex cement boards have now become a priority product among buyers of newly built homes and even those whose houses require repair or renovation.

"Our products speak of excellent quality and innovation providing utmost comfort and functionality," reiterates Tanchi.

Asiatic also goes beyond bottomline concerns by aiming to support the national government’s housing program of providing homes to the homeless and developing socially-oriented communities in Northern and Southern Luzon.
