Astoria Group joins MICE bandwagon

MANILA, Philippines — As the country’s tourism stakeholders pin their hopes on the emergence of the Philippines as a favored destination for meetings, incentives, conferences and expo (MICE) events, The Astoria Group has joined the bandwagon as it unveiled two world-class venues - Chardonnay by Astoria in Pasig City and Mangrove Conference and Convention Center in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

Astoria Palawan’s Mangrove Conference and Convention Center is one of the latest and proudest additions to the resort’s modern facilities. This resort feature perfectly encapsulates the resort’s vision to be an ideal place for both work and play – which Astoria highlights as “workplays.”

Home to Astoria’s annual cause that empowers the Filipino spirit “Sikap Pinoy,” the conference area is a spacious 439-square meter space that houses two function rooms and can accommodate 200 guests. The main convention hall, on the other hand, has a maximum guest capacity of 450 persons.
