Business series for F&B, hospitality entrepreneurs
MANILA, Philippines — Technolux, the country’s largest importer and supplier of a complete line of food service, small wares and laundry equipment for over 44 years, is holding a business series for businessmen and entrepreneurs in the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality industries.
The Technolux Business Series (TBS) on July 18 will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Bethel Guest House, Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City. Admission is free.
The TBS will feature a cook- ing show/demo with chef Vincent Lee of Welbilt us- ing the following equipment: Convotherm Combi Steamer, Manitowoc Ice Machine, Fry- master Oil Filtering Machine, Merrychef Convection Oven, Garland Burner and Dean Fryer. It also includes a pre-
sentation with Magnesol Filter Powder, which prolongs the use of oil, to be conducted by Diane Bugarin.
Another equally important part of the event is the Laundry TBS where commercial and industrial laundry equipment will be showcased for those interested to put up their own laundry business.
