MANILA, Philippines - Antojos Restaurante which specializes in fusion cuisine was formally launched in San Juan with Mayor Guia Gomez as guest of honor. It is a dream come true for young chef Anton Amoncio who, as a kid, spent hours watching his grandmother cook. The idea to open a restaurant soon materialized with the young chef introducing his idea of mixture of Spanish, Italian & Filipino cuisine to Antojos clientele.
