350 female runners modagan sa AWUM

CEBU, Philippines — Moabot ngadto sa 350 ka  female long-distance runners ang  nipadayag sa ilang pagsalmot sa All Women Ultramarathon sa Marso 9 nga manukad diha sa The Terraces sa Ayala Center Cebu.

Ang tinuig nga lumba adunay gilay-on nga 50-kilometro.

"We have a more challenging route this time because apart from the usual course in Busay and the three bridges (Mactan, Marcelo Fernan and Cansaga), we have extended it to MEPZ (Mactan Export Processing Zone) area in Lapu-Lapu City,"  matud pa ni race director Willie Estepa

Ang AWUM maoy labing taas ug bugtong all-women ultra marathon event sa rehiyon ug 28 ka mga running clubs ug triathlon teams sa Visayas ang misaad og suporta niini.

"We also have the biggest finisher's medal yet this year and first time that we have the finisher's shirt fully sublimated," dugang pa ni Estepa.

Ang tanang finishers makadawat og specially-designed AWUM medal, samtang ang mosud sa top 10 adunay tropeyo ug gift items. Ang  kampiyon koronahan usab  atol sa tradisyonal nga awarding diin ibayaw siya nga "AWUM Queen".
