Ngo dad-son pair rules Suzuki-Forest Hills golf
MANILA, Philippines - The father-and-son tandem of Elmer and Lawrence Ngo scored a 55 on Day One and 89 aggregate score on the final day to emerge the overall champion in the 15th Suzuki-Forest Hills Invitational Tournament at the Forest Hills Golf Club in Antipolo recently.
Juanito Chua and Antonio Tan took Class A top honors, Jester Ong and Oliver Gan ruled Class B, Benito de Leon and Manolo Antonil reigned supreme in Class C while Bernadette Jalosjos and Gilda Medestomas topped Class D in the 36-hole tourney, which drew around 300 participants.
Rocky Kristian Co also emerged big winner, driving home the Suzuki car raffled off during the awards night. Shuzo Hoshikura, general manager for Automobile Division-Suzuki Philippines, presented the key.
