Generations of families have grown up with Rustan’s throughout its 65 years.

Rustan’s Cebu welcomed the brightest season in style with its annual children’s fashion show held recently at the Gallery of the Ayala Center.

With a splash of color and a play of fun designs and prints, the fun-filled fashion adventure for the little wanderers had over 80 adorable kids and moms on  stage wearing  stylish summer looks from   popular infant and children branded names.

Baby Club, the exclusive in-house brand for infants under Rustan’s, provides everything an infant needs — from sleepwear, bed linens, christening gowns, and more — making use of soft pastel hues or bright rainbow colors. Rustanette’s featured collection evokes nostalgia with its use of printed blooms and light romantic dresses, while  Rustan Jr., the brand counterpart of Rustanette, embodies the Rustan heritage as it features a full line of all things a little man needs — from casual shirts and polos to formal barongs and suits for boys aged one  to 12. Their latest Drift Resort Collection showcases summer hues of green and orange.

Little Me has nautical-themed outfits for the little boys and colorful tutus for the little ballerinas.

Neck and Neck, Kiddos and Sunuva’s line of clothing provides a stylish capsule of trendy colors with the use of appropriate texture for the fabric. They include rash vests, floral one-piece and board shorts in bright and tropical fruit prints, designed to keep kids safe while they play under the sun.

Marketing communications manager Dina Arroyo-Tantoco flew in for the special event to personally welcome guests and award lucky raffle winners with gifts from Monster High and Auldey.

In attendance were proud parents Edward and Danessa Onglatco, Francisand Angel Llaban, Malinda Vasquez,  Kumiko and Shiqejiro Onda and Andy Klepp. They were joined by doting grandparents Talisay Mayor Eduardo Gullas and his ever-charming wife Mingming, Mariano and Maricar Perdices, Monina Ouano and educator Allen Zaldarriagga.
