WATCH: Chris Brown's message as he leaves Manila

MANILA, Philippines — Chris Brown released a video on his Instagram account as he was about to board his private jet for Macau after being stuck in Manila for two days due to a fraud complaint against him.

"Manila, it was fun," Brown said as he walked on the tarmac a few hours after he was granted a security clearance to leave the country.
