This is the driving philosophy of SM Woman's "Dare to Denim" campaign - a body-positive cause that encourages women of all ages to find their own unique sense of style without any pretentions - without needless reservation.

Underlining the versatile nature of the cotton-based fabric known as denim, the Cebu leg of the campaign was held at the North Wing Atrium of SM City Cebu on August 8 - top-billed by a fashion presentation featuring a number of Cebu's "Dare to Denim" ambassadors in chic denim ensembles.

Embodying the driving philosophy of the campaign, the city's "Dare to Denim" ambassadors walked the runway, heralding how denim defies age, size and skin color - invariably saying that popular standards of beauty are simply standards and not the definitive markers of beauty itself. (FREEMAN)
