CEBU, Philippines - A dream residential development up on the hills of Balamban has been launched recently by Syntech Properties, Inc.  The Amonsagana Retirement Village is a realization of the company's vision of establishing a lifestyle concept that upholds environmental sustainability.

The design of the residential development is in harmony with the natural environment and the local community within which it exists.
