Cempark blesses new bone chambers

CEBU, Philippines - Cebu Memorial Park headed by chairman and president of the board Mr. Juan Ramon Garcia with board members Monina L. Garcia, Felisa Y. Chiongbian, Sylvia and Pia Trinidad, George T. Chiongbian III, Dr. Clementino D. Diez and Jaime L. Garcia, Cempark brokers and sales manager Georich Development Inc.  Cempark corporate secretary and park manager Edith Soco, is pleased to announce the completion of its 366 newly created bone chambers/columbarium.

The blessing of the columbarium was held on August 26, 2014 officiated by Rev. Fr. Luigi Kershbaumer. There is an ongoing  10% cash discount for spot cash payment and 5percent for 3 months cash basis payments until October 15 only.

Cebu Memorial Park is the Pioneer Memorial Park of the South and the Garden of Peace and Remembering strategically located in Banilad, Cebu City and Mandaue City within close proximity to Ma. Luisa Estate Park, Paradise Village, Sto. Niño Village, St. Michael Village and other neighboring residential subdivisions.  It was founded by the late Mr. Alexander Lee Chiongbian and his wife Mrs. Felicidad del Rosario Chiongbian, children and family.

Georich Development Inc., founded by Felisa Y. Chiongbian, is the original brokers and sales managers for Cebu Memorial Park as authorized in 1969 by the major stockholders, the late Fanny Cortes Garcia, then President and Dr. Enrique Garcia together with the elected board of directors, management and officers.
