The Keepers FOO receives an increase in maximum allocation allowable through PSE EASy
The disclo said that the upper limit on the amount that us “local small-time investors” (LSIs) can invest in the P1.50/share The Keepers [KEEPR susp] FOO is now set at P1,000,000, up 10x from the default P100,000.
The disclosure also said that “smaller subscription orders” would be prioritized ahead of larger orders.
MB BOTTOM-LINE
This follows a trend of tweaking the maximum allocations possible through PSE EASy that started back in October of 2020 with the Converge [CNVRG 31.55 1.45%] IPO.
Since then, three IPOs have had their maximum allocations increased to P1,000,000 per investor prior to the IPO offer period (Monde Nissin [MONDE 16.18 0.37%], MREIT [MREIT 18.30 0.66%], and Synergy Grid [SGP 395.80 susp]).
KEEPR is the fourth PSE equity raise to join the “1m Club”. ALLDY increased their maximum, but “only” to P300,000 per investor. No information was provided by the PSE for the factors that contributed to the increases, or for why ALLDY would receive only a 3x increase while the others were all capped at 10x.
