Guiao: No rush in naming Gilas roster
MANILA, Philippines — Yeng Guiao and his "Sweet 16" will be inseparable.
At least for now.
The interim head coach of the national team said after Thursday night’s practice that there is no “real urgency to name the final lineup” for the FIBA World Cup qualifying game against the bigger Iranians in Tehran.
“Let’s keep it exciting,” the tough-talking tactician added in jest during the chat at the Meralco Gym in Ortigas.

The Nationals play Iran on the 13th and will make a quick turnaround when they face Qatar here at home behind closed doors.
