Pacquiao breaks camp, hits Vegas
April 5, 2016 | 1:30am
LAS VEGAS – Manny Pacquiao held what could be his final workout in Los Angeles before departing for the world’s gambling capital where he will meet Timothy Bradley for the third time.
Pacquiao and his entourage traveled to this city in a multiple-car motorcade, checking in at the Delano Hotel around 9 p.m. and hosting a welcome dinner for guests.
Prior to departure, the Filipino icon again sweated it out at the Wild Card Gym, doing four rounds of light sparring then spent some time talking to reporters and saying almost the same things he’d been emphasizing for the past few days.
“I’m ready,” he insisted.
There will be a grand arrival ceremony for both Pacquiao and Bradley in the afternoon at the MGM Grand, where the fight will be held Saturday (Sunday Manila time).
