Ruffa, todo pasasalamat
Panay ang pasasalamat ni Ruffa Gutierrez na ga-graduate na ang eldest niya na si Lorin from Pepperdine University more than a week from now.
Habang ang second daughter niyang si Venice ay sophomore student taking up political science.
Aniya, may isang taong nakilala siya kamakailan lang na nagsabing hindi siya makapaniwala na mayroon pa rin siyang ‘much light’ matapos marinig ang isang bahagi lamang ng kanyang mga pinagdaanan.
“Raising them on my own, with the help of my family, was never easy. There were so many challenges, sacrifices, sleepless nights, and tears. But through the love and support of the people who stood by me, we made it.
“I’m proud of myself for never allowing the pain to make me bitter. Instead, it made me stronger, wiser, and even more grateful.
“In 11 days, @loringabriella will be graduating from Pepperdine University with a degree in advertising, and @venicebektas is now a sophomore studying political science.
“Watching them grow into the amazing young women they are today reminds me that every hardship was worth it.
“I’m happy where I am, thankful for every lesson life has taught me, and excited for what lies ahead.”
