Gary V. natutupad ang mga misyon!

Two years ago nang 40 years sa showbiz si Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano.

At noon siya pumirma ng kontrata sa Star Magic.

Well, natutupad ang mga misyon ni Mr. Pure Energy sa pag-iikot sa mga eskwelahan.

Sinabi niya noon na: “Well, that’s one thing. I mean being able to act a little more. I think I’m more into being able to mentor, and not just mentor, but we spend time with young people, especially students, the student body, which is what I’ve been doing since 2018. Nakapunta na ako sa mga at least 58 universities, high schools, and colleges, wherein I only have about 150 students in front. It’s really intimate. I share my life; it’s all face-to-face. Malamang may mga iba ngayon na sa mga schools na pinuntahan ko na baka nanonood ngayon, and I will continue doing that. I have seen the impact not only on the faces of these young people but also on their hearts when you’re able to listen to them. Na hindi lang ako nagsasalita, I interact with them talaga. That’s another thing I want to do. Music: I do plan to continue, but I plan to do something else with my music. And maybe that’s the one na talagang makikita ng tao, ‘yung reinvention. Because that’s the sound, ‘di ba. Dun nasanay na ‘yung tao sa pagiging isang mang-aawit, manunulat ng kanta. That might change a bit in the months and maybe years to come. But it’s exciting.”

Pero maraming nag-alala kamakailan nung nakitang naka-wheelchair si Gary V.

Pero nakabalik na siya sa paggo-golf. At nabigay na rin siya ng update: “Hi, everyone. I know, some of you saw me on a wheelchair in ASAP in the last show that we had, but look at where I am now,” proud niyang sabi habang makikita ang golf course na kanyang kinaroroonan.

“God is good. I’m not 100% (healed) yet, but the doctors said I should get back into action, I should be able to do what I used to do.

“Right now, I’m playing golf, I love to bike, I’m gonna bike again, I’ll be working out again.

“But I just wanted you guys to know, sometimes God answers our prayers in the most unexpected ways. We hope for this (little) but He answers us like this (big). And many times, we don’t understand it,” sabi niya na ilang beses na ring dumaan sa krisis sa kalusugan pero laging nakakabawi.
