Ang pambato sa Cebu City nga si Larz Kent Dawson maoy nidaog isip Ginoong Pilipinas 2023, ug maoy morepresenta sa nasud alang sa Mr. Universe Tourism sunod tuig didto sa Bali, Indonesia. Back-to-back ang kalampusan sa Cebu City, sanglit ang nidaog niadtong 2019 ug maoy nipasa sa korona mao man si Erik Lennart Visser nga pambato usab sa dakbayan ug kasamtangan karon nga Mr. Universe Tourism. Katorse ka mga kandidato gikan sa nagkadaiyang dapit sa Pilipinas ang gipilde ni Larz atol sa coronation night niadtong Sabado diha sa Il Corso, Life Malls sa SRP.

Sa pageant page nga Pageant Kings & Queens, giasoy ni Larz nga home-schooled siya sa iyang senior high years, hinungdan nga wala ra siya naglisud online classes niadtong pandemya. Gipangutana siya sa Pageant Kings & Queens kun aduna ba siyay regrets sa kinabuhi, apan suma pa sa bag-ong Ginoong Pilipinas, dili siya mutuo niini kay giisip niya ang tanan nga mga kahigayonan aron makakutlo og pagtulun-an.  “I don’t believe in regrets, everything happens for a reason and there’s always a lesson to learn,” nakanayon siya.

Sa pangutana sa Pageant Kings & Queens, kun alang niya, angayan na ba nga usbon ang Batakang Balaod sa Pilipinas, positibo ang tubag ni Larz. Kini kay niya pa, karaan na kini kaayo. “Yes, because it is outdated. The world and way of governance have evolved. However, it must be ensured that the changes should be beneficial for the people and not solely for public officials in power.”

Uyon siya nga ipublikar ang pagtabang sanglit magdasag matud pa kini sa uban nga mobuhat usab sa ingon. “Of all the things that are being glamorized on the internet right now, and causing a bandwagon for others to follow, using this perspective, I believe it is not so wrong to publicize charity work if it is in the name of inspiration and not intimidation.”
