Magkasunod na drug ops sa Alabang: P150 milyong shabu samsam, 5 �tulak� timbog
Ang nasamsam na bultu-bultong droga sa isang laborator­yo sa isinagawang joint drug operation sa Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City ka­makalawa.

MANILA, Philippines — Umaabot na sa P150 milyong halaga ng shabu ang nakumpiska ng joint operatives ng Bureau of Customs-Manila International Container Port-Intelligence and Investigation Service (BOC MICP-CIIS), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Philippine National Police (PNP), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) sa ikinasang magkasunod na operasyon sa Ayala Alabang Village, Muntinlupa City kamakalawa.

Ayon kay PDEA Assistant Secretary at officer-in-charge Gregorio Pimentel, nanguna sa pagsalakay, nag-ugat ang operasyon sa natanggap nilang derogatory information na may mga foreign nationals na umano’y sangkot sa pagpupuslit ng shabu at cocaine sa Australia.

Sinabi naman ni Customs Commissioner Yogi Filemon Ruiz na kaagad silang nag-aplay ng search warrants mula sa sala ni Executive Judge Myra B. Quiambao ng Muntinlupa RTC at isinilbi ang mga ito sa mga target na lugar sa 304 Mabolo St. at 523 Madrigal Avenue, kapwa sa Ayala Alabang Village sa Muntinlupa City. 

Ang warrant sa 304 Mabolo St. na hinihinalang isang drug laboratory ay nagresulta sa pagkakaaresto nina Aurélien Cythere, 41, French national at Mark Anthony Sayarot, 42, negosyante ng Cabbage St., Valley 5, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. Nakumpiska sa dalawa ang nasa 20 kilong hinihina­lang shabu, na nagkakahalaga ng P136 milyon, iba’t ibang Controlled Precursors and Essential Chemicals (CPECs) at laboratory equipment, ilang ID cards, tatlong mobile phones, at iba’t ibang uri ng financial documents. 

Sa pagsalakay sa 523 Madrigal Avenue, Ayala-Alabang Village, naaresto pa ang tatlo pang suspek na sina Ariana Golesorkhi, 33, Canadian national, negosyante; Audemar Ponsica, 31, driver; at Welmar Laban, 37, helper. Nakum­piska rito ang dalawang self-sealing plastic bag na naglalaman ng humigit kumulang sa P13.6 milyon, UV drying machine, chest freezer, hot and cold pipes, water pump tube, assorted ID cards at credit cards, assorted na financial documents, passport, at ilang units ng mobile phones. 

“These suspects are linked to Mexican, Australian and Canadian drug trafficking groups. We are currently investigating these links and several other drug personalities,” pahayag ni Pimentel. - Ludy Bermudo
