Smart kicks off festival season with Sinulog 2020

MANILA, Philippines — Aiming to give Filipinos the best festival experience mobile services provider Smart Communications, Inc. recently kicked off the festival season with Sinulog, Cebu’s grandest celebration in honor of the Sto. Niño de Cebu.
