UPCAT passers told to confirm admission

MANILA, Philippines — The University of the Philippines has reminded those who passed its college admission test (UPCAT) to confirm their acceptance to the offer for admission for the upcoming school year before April 14. 

UP said acceptance to the offer, which may be done online, is a necessary requirement before an applicant can proceed with the admission process. 

“If you received an offer for admission, you are required to reply starting April 7 until April 14,” the university said.

“Replies to the offer after the deadline will no longer be considered,” it added. 

In an earlier statement, UP said no fee shall be collected upon acceptance of the offer for admission.
