PAGCOR pledges P120 million to OVP programs
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR) has pledged P120 million to socio-civic programs of the Office of the Vice President (OVP).
PAGCOR chairman Alejandro Tengco signed yesterday a memorandum of agreement with OVP chief of staff Zuleika Lopez. Vice President Sara Duterte was present at the signing of the agreement.
The OVP has enjoyed a 222 percent increase or P2.3 billion in its 2023 budget, compared to the 2022 budget of P702 million of its predecessor, former vice president Leni Robredo.
