JPE's old age

JPE. Sen. Jinggoy Estrada has, according to press reports, asked PNoy not to jail JPE (Sen. Enrile) because of old age (JPE is past 90 years old). "This is one instance when being called old is OK to the old one," said an Ear informer.

AGREE. A semi-retired Cebuano politician said he agreed with Sen. Jinggoy's appeal to PNoy. "JPE has done more good to the country in his years of serving Pinas well than the disgraceful moment of that pork barrel slip. You can quote me on that," he said to The Ear informer. The retired politico asked that he left unnamed.
