P1.3 million shabu seized in Bataan, Pampanga

CAMP OLIVAS, Philippines — Seven drug suspects were arrested and shabu valued at P1.3 million was seized in Bataan and Pampanga on Wednesday.

Reports reaching Central Luzon police director Brig. Gen. Matthew Baccay showed that John Kevin Manla, Jayson Paguio, Jerry Monla, Mateo Aquino and Jiezl Angeles yielded 50 grams of shabu valued at P400,000 and a caliber .45 pistol in Barangay Villa Angeles in Orion town.

Shabu worth P884,000 was reportedly recovered from Jemaimah Datu and Sadam Bertudam in Barangay Dau in Mabalacat City.

In Baguio City, police said Marivic Rodriguez, 56, a suspected drug den operator, and three of her customers were arrested in a raid on her house in Barangay Irisan.

Authorities reportedly seized 18 grams of shabu worth P122,400 from the suspects.
