DOLE issues new procedures to hasten disposition of labor cases

The Department of Labor and Employment issued Administrative Order No. 291, which sets measures that will expedite disposition of labor cases.

Labor Secretary Arturo D. Brion said the procedures “ensure a more efficient and faster disposition” of labor-related cases.
