SB19, Cup of Joe, BGYO representing PH at Japan's DUNK showcase

MANILA, Philippines — Three groups will banner the Philippine flag at the upcoming D.U.N.K. (Dance Universe Never Killed) Showcase next month in Japan.
Cup of Joe, BGYO, and SB19 will each perform on the different days of the event running from March 13 to 15 at Yokohama's K-Arena.
The showcase is a joint production of Japanese artist Hidaka Mitsuhiro, better known as SKY-HI, and the Nippon Television Network Corp. that places focus on collaborations between global dance and vocal groups and artists.
The most recent iteration of the showcase last year, the event's third overall, saw a Filipino artist make their debut when SB19 member Ken made the line-up as a soloist using his Felip moniker.
Cup of Joe are scheduled to perform on Day 1 with SKY-HI, INI, CORTIS, S-THINGZ, Da Pump, and HANA, with more expected to be announced.

SKY-HI and INI also join the Day 2 group, which has BGYO, Ayumu Imazu, Show Minor Savage, Mazzel, One 'N Only, LDH Scream, and BUS from Thailand.
Endrecheri, Starglow, Da-Ice, BE: FIRST, BMSG, and SB19 make up the Day 3 line-up, with only SKY-HI carrying over.
The 2026 D.U.N.K. Showcase will come in between SB19 releasing their new single "Visa" and their "Wakas at Simula: The Trilogy Concert Finale" at the SMDC Festival Grounds.
Cup of Joe is coming off a stellar 2025 that saw the band become one of the most-streamed artists of the year, thanks to the album "Silakbo," featuring the hit track "Multo," and two headlining concerts.
BGYO released two extended plays last year to accompany the two albums the boy band released since their 2021 debut.
