21 hurt in 2-bus smashup

MANILA, Philippines - At least 21 people were hurt in a collision involving two buses in Quezon City yesterday afternoon.

A report from ABS-CBNnews.com said a Nova bus collided with a Worthy bus along East Avenue. A cab also figured in the accident.

The Nova bus line had been involved in fatal accidents in the past.

Twenty-one of the victims were brought to the East Avenue Medical Center for treatment.
