Lotto pot nears P126 M

MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot for the 6/49 Super Lotto is expected to reach P126 million on Sunday.

Nobody won the jackpot during last Tuesday’s draw, where the winning combination 28-46-30-31-44-24 was worth P119,712,608.

Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) acting chairman Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said the estimated jackpot on Sunday might be more than P126 million, depending on the sales of tickets.

At least 26 players each won P70,000 during last Tuesday’s draw after they got five digits of the winning combination, he added.

The 6/49 Super Lotto is drawn every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. No lotto draw will be held today in observance of New Year’s Day, Rojas said.
