Perseus Echeminada - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - A 25-year-old janitor of a government agency in Quezon City claimed the P16-million jackpot of the 6/49 Super Lotto’s Nov. 4 draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said yesterday.

The winner, who is single, picked the winning combination, 21-43-11-03-29-47, from his siblings’ birth dates and has been betting on this combination for the last five years, acting PCSO chairman Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said.

The janitor plans to buy a house and lot, help finance his siblings’ education and deposit his winnings in the bank, he said.
