Fire hits GMA network building

MANILA, Philippines - A fire struck the basement of the GMA network building along Timog Avenue in Quezon City Sunday night.

Fire investigator Rosendo Cabillan said no one was hurt in the incident.

Cabillan said the fire was isolated to the power room of the building.

He said around P5 million worth of power supply equipment was damaged by the fire.

Arson investigators are still determining the cause of the fire.
