MANILA, Philippines — The Senate committee on constitutional amendments will resume its hearing on the proposed amendments to the 1987 Constitution.
Last week, President Rodrigo Duterte appointed 19 members to the consultative committee who will review the Constitution. Leaders of the House of Representatives and the Senate, however, said that the Congress will have the final say on Charter change and not Duterte's consultative committee.
