LIVE: Jinggoy's privilege speech on 'pork' scandal

MANILA, Philippines — Senator Jinggoy Estrada is set to deliver another privilege speech on his alleged involvement on the multi-billion peso Priority Development Assistance Funds scam.

Estrada declined to divulge details of his scheduled speech but said he will answer allegations and challenge the credibility of new "pork barrel" scam witnesses Ruby Tuason and Dennis Cunanan.

The live video streaming will start at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, 2013.
