PAGASA says Tropical Storm Dodong maintains its strength while outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

Based on its 5 p.m. weather bulletin, Dodong's center was found 305 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur.

Moving southeastward slowly, it has maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph.

PAGASA reports that Tropical Depression Dodong has gained speed and continues to progress in a westward direction, currently positioned over the coastal waters of Laoag, Ilocos Norte.

Based on its 5 p.m. weather bulletin, Dodong's center was estimated to be over the said coastal waters. The tropical depression maintains maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour (kph) near its center, with gustiness reaching up to 75 kph.

Dodong is moving at an accelerated speed of 20 kph in a westward direction. 

PAGASA says Tropical Depression Dodong continues to keep its strength while moving northwestward over the northwestern Cagayan.

Based on its 2 p.m. weather bulletin, Dodong's center is estimated to be in the vicinity of Sanchez Mira, Cagayan, packing maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour and gustiness of up to 75 kph.

It is moving northwestward at 15 kph. 

Tropical Depression Dodong continues to maintain its strength as it progresses in a north northwestward direction, currently situated over the northwestern area of Cagayan, PAGASA says.

Dodong's center was estimated to be in the vicinity of Allacapan, Cagayan. The tropical depression maintains its north northwestward movement at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour (kph).

It has maximum sustained winds near the center reached 45 kph, with gustiness peaking at 75 kph.

Tropical Depression Dodong is now moving north northwestward over the Cagayan Valley region and currently positioned in the northwestern area of Cagayan, according to the latest report from PAGASA.

In its 8 a.m. weather bulletin, the center of Dodong was estimated to be near Lasam, Cagayan. The tropical depression carries maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers per hour (kph) near its center, with gustiness reaching up to 75 kph.

Dodong is currently advancing at a speed of 25 kph in a north northwestward direction.

PAGASA says Dodong makes landfall in Dinapigue, Isabela early Friday morning.

In its 5 a.m. weather bulletin, the center of Dodong was estimated to be in the vicinity of San Mariano, Isabela packing maximum sustained winds of 45 kilometers pear hour near the center, gustiness of up to 55 kph. 

It is moving west northwestward at 15 kph.
