Kuya Kim with Lolong
MANILA, Philippines - He has been called the Steve Irwin of the Philippines, but today at 9:15, Kuya Kim Atienza will do what the late crocodile hunter would have dreamt of doing — have an encounter with Lolong, the largest saltwater crocodile in captivity — in another exciting adventure on ABS-CBN’s Matanglawin.
Join Kuya Kim as he flies to the province of Lolong to celebrate the anniversary of the gigantic crocodile’s capture. He will also discover what else Bunawan and the Agusan Marsh in Agusan del Sur have to offer aside from the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of seeing and touching Lolong.
Officially declared the largest in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records, the 20-foot giant is famous for having almost a hundred people search for him for three weeks before being hauled out of the water to be placed under the care of the Bunawan Eco Park.
He will also meet Loloy, the only person who can tame Lolong, and learn how to feed and even tend to Lolong’s injuries.
