Celebrity week in Tonight Show

The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The Tonight Show with Jay Leno welcomes Kim Kardashian (right), Jason Sudeikis (left), Sheryl Crow, Captain Sig Hansen and Kathie Lee and Hoda Kotb.

Tonight, Jason talks about his new movie Horrible Bosses, what drew him to the movie and his personal experience while Adam Levine chats about executive producing a scripted comedy set in a karaoke bar for NBC. Also, five-time Grammy-winning musician Ziggy Marley jams from his new solo album (his fourth) and latest effort called Wild And Free.

If you didn’t get your fill of Kathie Lee and Hoda earlier, then be sure to tune in tomorrow, Aug. 19, to see what Jay tries to pull on the ladies — and if he can handle them. And Captain Sig Hansen, whose Northwestern boat, is featured on the Discovery Channel show The Deadliest Catch, talks about his role as Crabby in the Pixar movie Cars 2. Then, Ashton Shepherd rocks with her flippant tongue-in-cheek single, Look It Up.

A day before her wedding, bride-to-be Kim Kardashian drops by on Aug. 20 while Israeli Supernatural Mentalist Lior Suchard wows the audience by not only mind reading, but giving a ridiculously over the top performance as well. Then, Country superstar Randy Travis performs from his new duets album, a celebration of his 25 years in country music, Anniversary Celebration, featuring Josh Turner.

The Tonight Show with Jay Leno airs Tuesdays to Saturdays, 1 to 2 p.m. on TALKtv via satellite with replays at 12 midnight — Ch. 16 on SkyCable, Ch. 28 on Destiny and Ch. 21 on VHF.
