Simbajon nails back-to-back titles in CRM race

CEBU - Dr. Jonathan Simbajon earned back-to-back titles in the Criterium Rider of the Month after dominating the September edition at the Mandaue City reclamation area.

Instead of slowing down to give way to other pedal-pushers being the sponsor, Simbajon sped up to finish the race first.

Simbajon, thus, stayed on top of the heap with 86 points, nine points ahead of Celing Villarosa.

Nonoy Abasola ranked third in the overall standings with 61 points, just a hairline ahead of Loloy Berdun.

John Ermitanio completed the top five cast with 51 points.
